Ingredients

1 lb browned sausage
6 slices French bread
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

1. Fry and cut up the browned sausage.
2. Beat the eggs.
3. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
4. Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in a dish.
5. Pour egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
